# What information do I need to provide you with?

## Simply email your issue and order number to us at help@swaghub.com. Our support team will make it right.

### Find your order number.

1. Log in to your store.
2. In the main. menu click Orders -\> All Orders.
3. Find your order in Open Orders, Completed Orders, or Cancelled Orders.
4. Orders are sorted by recent date with the Order Number top left.

### Describe your issue.

1. Be as descriptive as possible.
2. Provide pictures.
3. Tell us how we can make it right. 
     1. Exchange for a different size.
     2. Replace a defective item.
     3. Refund your order.
