What information do I need to provide you with?

Simply email your issue and order number to us at help@swaghub.com. Our support team will make it right.

Find your order number.

  1. Log in to your store.
  2. In the main. menu click Orders -> All Orders.
  3. Find your order in Open Orders, Completed Orders, or Cancelled Orders.
  4. Orders are sorted by recent date with the Order Number top left. 

Describe your issue.

  1. Be as descriptive as possible.
  2. Provide pictures.
  3. Tell us how we can make it right.
    1. Exchange for a different size.
    2. Replace a defective item.
    3. Refund your order.
